Eligibility for First Year B. Pharmacy:
Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India;
(ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.
“Provided that, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non-class rooms-based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, Open school systems of states etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B. Pharm Course”.
OR
(iii) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations; and
(iv) The candidate should have appeared in all the subjects (PCM or PCB) and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET or NEET conducted by the Competent Authority.

Course Fees: The fee structure shall be as approved by the Fee Regulating Authority established under the Act and guidelines laid down by Maharashtra University Act 2016. The final fee approved and published by the Fee Regulating Authority for that year shall be the fee payable by the candidate for that course for that academic year.
Eligibility for Direct Second Year B. Pharm:
Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry) Admission, for Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate-
(i) The candidate should be a citizen of India.
(ii) The candidate should have passed in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948); and
(iii) Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
